Appointment Prices

Private Paying (includes NDIS and Private Health Insurance):

  • Initial/Review Appointment (60min) – $120
  • Review Appointment (30min) – $90
♦ NDIS payment includes self-managed and plan-managed options ONLY (currently am not providing to NDIA-funded plans). 
◊ Health insurance claims are to be made directly through your provider, and are not completed by Nourishing Nutrition Bendigo. 

Medicare-Supported (**see below for more information):

  • Initial/Review Appointment (60min) – $65 gap fee
  • Review Appointment (30min) – $30 gap fee
Please note: Private health insurance cannot be used in conjunction with Medicare subsidies to pay appointment fees. 

**Medicare-supported appointments:

Within Australia, Medicare provides rebates for patients receiving Dietetic care for chronic diseases and eating disorders.
Patients MUST have a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) / Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan from their General Practitioner (GP) relating to their condition to receive the rebate.
Up to 5 appointments with an Allied Health Professional (e.g. Dietitian) for Chronic Disease, and up to 20 appointments with a Dietitian for Eating Disorders are covered per calendar year.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-arrivals and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. Appointments will not be rescheduled until payment is received. 

We kindly ask you provide as much notice as possible when rescheduling an appointment, to ensure you receive the appointment time that suits you.
